Your thoughts create your reality.
A positive mindset is a powerful space to be in for productivity, enjoyment, peace, and creativity.
A positive mindset makes you mentally strong.
Whenever I’m in a negative state of mind, it affects everything — my thoughts, actions, mental clarity, my ability to be productive and creative.
Your thoughts create your feelings.
Your feelings drive your actions.
Your actions create your reality.
Therefore, your thoughts create your reality.
If you are thinking with judgment, doubt, or fear, your reality becomes that negativity through your negatively-filtered perception. Judgment, doubt, and fear become the “coloured lens” you see through.
If you’re thinking with positivity, as in with love, joy, and compassion, then you’ll attract that same energy. Like attracts like — your happy thoughts attract a positive reality that only attracts more forms of joy into your life.
This week, I’m sharing 3 powerful ways to stay positive. Have a read and try them out to see if they make a difference for you.
(1) Learn to say no.
Detach from drama. Remove yourself from things that no longer serve you. Stop being a pushover. Stop doing things out of guilt. Problem solve objectively. Clear from your path anything that’s weighing you down. Resolve things instead of letting them linger.
Building these habits help you to set stronger boundaries so you can protect your precious time and energy for the people and things that are most important to you.
(2) Affirm that the universe has your back.
Everything’s going to work out as it should. Everything’s going to be ok.
When you delve into worry or fear based thoughts, interrupt yourself with affirmations like these to gain perspective.
What advice would your future self give you?
(3) Don’t give away your power.
Every time you look outside yourself for answers, judgment, or validation you are giving away your power. You probably had the answer in you all along. Learn to become a better listener to what your gut and intuition tell you.
